Psychotherapy is often called “talk therapy,” and is a professional process in which a trained therapist helps a person understand and work through emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.

Mentorship

Mentoring is a relational process focused on helping someone grow by:
    •    Sharing knowledge and experience
    •    Providing guidance and encouragement
    •    Offering feedback and accountability
    •    Modeling values and skills the mentee wants to develop

It’s often informal, relational, and ongoing.
